Services may be contracted a la carte or as a package to fit any level of need for your event. By offering tailored planning support, event logistics management, vendor oversight, and client consultations we assist our clients create truly unique and personal events without compromising quality. Full-Service Coordination Package—We are with you every step of the way!

(Nine month lead time prior to event recommended.) This is our most inclusive and most economical package, including Consulting, Coordinating and Directing services. This package is designed for the couples who choose to put the complete planning and coordinating or their wedding or commitment ceremony in the hands of a professional wedding coordinator. We will be there from day one to assist you with all of your creation, design and planning for your special event. This package ensures that all of your details for the wedding will be taken care of in a timely, thoughtful and professional manner.

Customized Wedding Coordination

Select the services that for your particular event needs from our a la carte service menu.

(Four month lead time prior to event recommended.) If most of the key components of your wedding event are planned, but you would like professional wedding coordination assistance in a few specific area, this package offers you the basic coordination and production assistance services offered in our Basic Coordination Package and Consultations on stylish solutions for your special event.

Direction Services for Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception—Let us manage your special day! (At least one month lead time prior to event recommended.) Direction services is for couples who have planned their entire event and now wants to sit back and relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor. You hand everything off to our professional wedding coordinators. We handle your last minute details, direct the event and oversee everything on the wedding day to ensure your event runs smoothly. We do the work while you relax and enjoy your family and friends.

Hourly Consultation

(For last minute support or for questions and assistance along the way.) Our hourly consultation allows us to help our clients who have specific questions and needs. We can provide you with hourly consulting on wedding etiquette and traditions, creating memorable wedding showers, personalization of the event to add deep meaning and ritual, or to connect with specialized vendors you do not have time to find yourself. You tell us how we may best help you!

Set Up Production Services

(At least one month lead time prior to event recommended.) Basic physical set up and breakdown of ceremony and reception sites including site stock item transfers (flowers, etc.), site surveys and Itinerary and timeline development.

Special experience in the creation of Destination Events and Culturally Diverse Events. We understand the extra steps you have to do to create your event from a distance and we appreciate the added trust you place in us to make your special needs a reality in your event. Contact us with your special details! Personalize your event with personal, family, cultural, religious, military or other traditions that reflect you and your fiancé. Lumley & Lloyd will assist you in producing an event you and your guests will remember!
