is one of the most important days of your life. Your gown is worth preserving for the
future whether you intend to use it as an heirloom for your children or not.
The gown is cleaned and treated to protect it from the environment to
preserve it for the future. Wedding Gown Preservation Company has perfected the lab
cleaning process with over 90 years of experience. Your gown is handled with gloves, then
wrapped in acid free tissue paper and placed in an acid neutral preservation chest. The
gown should be allowed to "breathe" which means the gown is not vacuum sealed.
Your gown is shipped to you sealed in a preservation chest. We
recommend that you do not handle the gown excessively, but you will not damage the gown by
opening the chest for inspection. You will also have the tools available to reseal the
chest. Please be sure to wear plastic gloves provided so as to not transfer any soils to
the fabric. You have a 20 year guarantee that will never be compromised or voided, as long
as the gown has not been worn again.
